What's the difference between Religion and a Cult?

Is it me or does christianity strip people of their free will. I went to a catholic grade school and spent one year in a catholic high school and I can safely say that I know more about christianity than most christians. But back to the subject; in the bible it says that God gives you free will, yet babies are baptized before they can even learn to speak. Is that not stripping the new born baby of his/her free will? And why can't two people of the same gender be married? Being gay is a sin? That's like saying, being mentally retarded is a sin, cause I'm sure people don't just wake up one day and decide to be gay.

Don't get me wrong, I have nothing against the Church. As a matter of fact, I think it's great that religion exist, because I'm sure it has changed the lives of many for the better. But I just wish somebody could answer my questions. I can go on for days with questions about religion. Feel free to message me on aim @ touchtoanhere and you can enlighten me on the topic. =D

So what is your religion and why are you a part of it?

ps - I'm aetheist by the way.

HAHA now that's gangsta.

Today at work, I got spotted for a model agency.  He said "we are looking for people with funk, and I would like you to be in our next fashion show at ICE.  We are looking for people who's style brings rock and hip hop together as one".  For those of you that don't know, ICE is a fancy lounge/club around here.  I think I'll give them a call back tomorrow or something when I'm not busy. That just made my day.

This is me being AMERICA'S NEXT TOP MODELLLLLL!

Death Row, xtra pickles and hold the mayo

I was reading some last meal request from death row prisoners and surely enough, they were pretty interesting.

Thomas Grasso, Oklahoma 1995 - a dozen steamed mussels, a Burger King double cheeseburger with mustard, mayonnaise, lettuce and tomato, a can of Franco-American spaghetti with meatballs, a mango, half of a pumpkin pie with whipped cream, and a strawberry milkshake.  The funny thing here is that Mr. Grasso actually requested Spaghetti-O's and NOT spaghetti and meatballs. His last words were "I did not get my Spaghetti-O's, I got spaghetti.  I want the press to know this!".

Robert Buell, Ohio, 2002 - A single black, unpitted olive.  Yes, you heard right.  He told prisoner officials that he hoped it would sprout from his body an olive tree, a sign of peace.  His body unclaimed, was quickly taken to an unmarked graved in a public cemetery.  It bears no olive tree.

What would you request as your last meal?

Anybody who has ever been to King of Prussia mall, has probably seen one of these guys patrolling the mall.  To be honest, I wouldn't feel threatened if one of these dudes were chasing me.

Abortion saved my life...

In the 70s and early 80s, crime rates were soaring and were beleived to keep rising. By the early 90s, it dramatically dropped and left economists stumped. The New York chief of the police department then said, "Crime rates have dropped, thanks to new policing strategies". But the fact of the matter is that the NYPD has nothing to do with the dramatic drop in crime rates.

The Question that should be asked here is "What makes a criminal?". Studies show that children with a single parent or are orphaned are more likely to live a life of crime when they grow up.

Abortion was made legal in 1973 by the Supreme Court; Roe vs Wade. Long story short, abortion is the main reason why crime rates in America are dropping. Of course there are more details and facts to prove this theory, just wanted get your brain rambling.

abortion = less crime

oh the irony.
